1. What data we collect

When you book a session through a SessionCove booking page, we collect:

  • Your name — used to address confirmation messages.
  • Your WhatsApp number — used to send booking confirmations and allow the coach/pro to contact you.

When you create a SessionCove account (for coaches/pros), we also collect your email address for sign-in.

2. Why we collect it

  • To create and confirm your booking.
  • To let the coach or professional contact you on WhatsApp regarding your session.
  • To send magic-link sign-in emails to account holders (coaches/pros only).

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

3. Data processors

  • Convex (convex.dev) — our database and backend platform. Stores booking records and account data.
  • Resend (resend.com) — our transactional email provider. Sends magic-link sign-in emails to coaches/pros.

Both processors are governed by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

4. Data retention

Booking records are retained for at least 12 months to help coaches track their session history. You may request deletion by contacting us.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@sessioncove.com.

  • Agar pelatih atau profesional dapat menghubungi Anda melalui WhatsApp terkait sesi Anda.
  • Untuk mengirim email magic-link kepada pemilik akun (pelatih/ profesional saja).

Kami tidak menjual data Anda. Kami tidak menggunakannya untuk periklanan.

3. Pemroses data

  • Convex (convex.dev) — platform database dan backend kami.
  • Resend (resend.com) — penyedia email transaksional kami.

4. Retensi data

Catatan pemesanan disimpan setidaknya 12 bulan. Anda dapat meminta penghapusan dengan menghubungi kami.

5. Hak Anda
